"The service provided by MDD while caring for my 5 year old German Shepherd has been, in a word, exceptional. I initially used another day care facility near by and found their care satisfactory. After several days of care at MDD however, I changed to having all my care provided by them because of their enthusiasm, attention to detail, and knowledge of canines. On more than one occasion they noticed minor conditions and brought them to my attention. They truly love their work and it shows in the love they give their charges.
Since I started with them when they opened I have watched MDD grow and add additional services. I have had them regularly provide teeth brushing, nail clips, and bathing to my loved one and, when required, boarding. They helped when we were evacuated during fire and were there for me when I needed flexibility in care while selling a home and moving.
What is exceptional about MDD is the people. Their enthusiasm is contagious and I can always count on being happier after I pick my dog up than when I arrived. "Our experience with MDD has always been great. We started bringing our two Aussie's, Jerzee and BearBear when they first opened. We loved the staff and the facility immediately. Our boys would get so excited if we just said the words, My Doggies Daycare. We had to be careful not to say it too loudly because they would start going nuts!
Then we added two more dogs, the girls, Abby and Faith, Yorkie sisters, to our family. The first time we brought the girls, they were a little hesitant, but with the help of the staff, they have really started to love to go. Their unenthusiastic entrance had nothing to do with MDD, it had to do with the fact that they are so attached to me! Going to MDD helps them to become more independent, and with their brothers in the big dog room it gives me a break to accomplish whatever I need to get done.
MDD staff is so accommodating; if we ever need to board them they allow all four dogs to sleep in the same area, which is really comforting to Abby and Faith. Not only that, but whenever there has been a question, regarding a charge, obedience, grooming services, asking them to keep an eye on one of the dogs to see how they are behaving or just plain listening to us gush about how cute and adorable we think our dogs are, everyone truly is so helpful, friendly and willing to resolve any problem. We recommend MDD to anyone who has a dog.   Bottom line, we just love MDD!"
